Vendor & Procurement Management
: Lead end-to-end vendor engagement, from scouting and negotiation to procurement and timely delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Project Delivery
: Drive completion of key tasks, projects, and initiatives within agreed timelines, maintaining accountability across stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
: Anticipate bottlenecks, implement solutions, and enforce systems to enhance efficiency in administration, procurement, and day-to-day school operations.
Data-Driven Decision Making
: Develop and deliver MIS reports and performance dashboards that provide insights, track progress, and enable informed decision-making.
Communication & Documentation
: Ensure accurate, timely collation and circulation of minutes, reports, and policy documents across stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational ability with a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining quality and timeliness.
Ability to identify issues proactively and recommend actionable solutions.
