Job Description:

We are hiring a Administrator cum Accountant to handle both office administration and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain company accounts in Tally / Excel
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
  • Handle petty cash, billing, and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain employee attendance and project documentation
  • Assist management in day-to-day office coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts & Administration
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and Office tools
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
