Job Description

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in office or administrative management Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the administrative team (receptionists, office assistants, etc.) Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities management, and resource allocation Manage budgets for office supplies, services, and equipment Ensure administrative systems, policies, and procedures are in place and followed Maintain records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards Coordinate internal and external communications and correspondence Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and policy communication Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: office or administrative management: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
