Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kosli for an Administrative Clerk. The Administrative Clerk will perform daily administrative duties such as managing files, organizing records, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and providing general office support. The role involves ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining schedules, and supporting executives as needed in their administrative tasks. Duties include answering phones professionally and performing other clerical tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Attention to detail, time-management, and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in using office software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration preferred
