Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be task-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn while contributing to multiple aspects of our operations, including social media, research, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage phone inquiries and leads through CRM.

Assist in handling campaigns (including travel-related campaigns).

Conduct research and prepare content.

Find and maintain academic calendars for reference.

Support social media management and engagement.

Assist with bookkeeping and record-keeping.

Help with application filing and documentation.

Requirements

Proficiency in English, Hindi (added advantage).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and handle tasks independently.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

Research-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

Work Details

Work Mode: Work-from-Home (with occasional office presence if required).

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM (flexible, task-oriented).

Commitment: Short-term / probation of 1 month (extendable based on performance).
