Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Brahmavara. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. These tasks include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. The role may also involve supporting executives and managing special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

General Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred
