Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Navi Mumbai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day clerical tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, managing phone communications, and handling various administrative duties essential for the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Strong Clerical skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
