Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Officer – Security Services | Operations & Documentation Specialist located in Vadodara. The candidate will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage security service operations, and ensure the upkeep and accuracy of documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing records, facilitating communication between teams, and supporting customer service initiatives to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Organization Skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Previous experience or knowledge in security services or operations management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
