Job Description

As an Admin & Studio Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Kalari Warriors studio.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Management:
Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Explain course details to prospective students
Follow up and convert leads into enrollments
Enrollment & Payment Tracking:
Maintain accurate student records
Track fees and update payment sheets regularly
Coordinate with students for pending payments
Social Media Management:
Upload & schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Coordinate with the content team for visuals and videos
Maintain posting consistency and brand tone
Administrative & Studio Management:
Schedule classes and coordinate with instructors
Manage studio space bookings and inquiries
Maintain internal documentation and offer support to students as needed
