About the job: We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented executive assistant to support our senior management team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. 2. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. 3. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 4. Manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 5. Assist in project management and follow up on pending tasks. 6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in any field. 2. 0-6 months of experience in a similar role (internships also considered). 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PM, (Monday to Friday & alternate Saturdays).
