Job Summary:

Admin & MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Prepare and manage MIS reports on a regular basis.
  • Assist in documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support the HR/Admin team in office operations and coordination tasks.
  • Handle basic data entry and report generation in Excel.
  • Manage inventory, stationery, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in

    MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas, Data Handling)

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and data reporting.
