Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily administrative and marketing tasks.
Handle documentation, email communication, and reporting with strong typing speed and accuracy.
Support the marketing team in content creation, campaign execution, and digital promotions.
Design and edit creatives using Canva/Photoshop and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Contribute to content writing, copy editing, and social media posts.
Provide back-end and administrative support to ensure smooth department functioning.
Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while also learning office administration skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education:

Any graduate (Bachelors degree in Arts, Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Candidates from a convent school background will be given preference due to strong English communication skills.

Experience:

12 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, or digital marketing roles.

Gender Preference:

Females preferred for this role.

Skills & Competencies

Strong content writing and communication skills (English proficiency written & spoken).
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design/editing tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital advertising platforms.
Basic knowledge of content creation and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong command of MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Good interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.

Location Preference

Candidates residing in or near Andheri, Mumbai (Suburban area) will be preferred.
