Job Title: Administration Associate

Location: Near Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Probation Period: 3 months
Probationary Stipend: ₹6,000 per month
Post-Probation Salary: Based on performance

Educational Qualification:

• B.E / M.Sc / MCA

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
• Manage documentation, filing, and record keeping (digital & physical)
• Support HR, finance, and operations teams with routine administrative tasks
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and assets
• Manage vendor communication and service follow-ups
• Assist with data entry, database updates, and report generation
• Ensure smooth internal communication and operational efficiency

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, and other office tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach

Additional Requirements:

• Must possess a personal laptop for work purposes

Remuneration:

• During Probation: ₹6,000 per month
• Post Probation: Salary will be revised based on performance
