Job Description

Document Processing & Organisation Sort, label and categorise files—both digital and physical copies. Maintain a logical filing system (by date, type, or department). Archive old files and make sure current ones are easy to find. Data Entry & Record Keeping Accurately type data from various documents into spreadsheets or systems. Keep databases and records updated with the latest information. Check for and fix any mistakes in the data. Administrative Support Help with tasks like scanning, photocopying and general file management. Handle confidential files with care and discretion. Communication & Problem-Solving Write simple, clear notes in English if something is unclear. Flag problems or tricky files and inform your supervisor. Respond to basic document-related questions from team members. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
