The Admin Apprentice will support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
1. Assist in maintaining office records, files, and documentation.
2. Support in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.3. Handle inward and outward mail, courier, and correspondence.4. Assist in maintaining attendance records, ID card issuance, and visitor management.5. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams.6. Help in organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements.7. Maintain inventory of stationery and pantry items.8. Support HR/Admin team in other operational tasks as required.
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.4. Attention to detail and willingness to learn.5. Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility.
