About Us: Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Admin & Security Incharge to oversee and manage administrative functions along with the security operations of our premises. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative operations and facility management Supervise and coordinate security staff and procedures Ensure safety protocols and emergency response plans are in place Monitor CCTV, entry logs, and overall site security Liaise with vendors, local authorities, and law enforcement when needed Maintain records, reports, and incident logs Requirements: Minimum 7–8 years of experience in administration and/or security management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle emergencies and manage a security team effectively Basic computer skills (email, reports, MS Office) Preferred Candidates: Retired Army or Police personnel are strongly encouraged to apply Familiarity with industrial/commercial security operations will be an added advantage.
