Admin Officer

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our Kids Club as an Admin Officer. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and eager to start a career in administration, especially in a child-friendly environment. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support

• Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized Kids Club environment.
• Support staff during events, play sessions, and daily routines.

Logistics & Supplies

• Assist in monitoring stock levels for stationery, toys, and supplies.
• Coordinate simple purchase requests and vendor follow-ups.
• Help track assets and equipment.

Qualifications (Fresher-Friendly)

• Minimum: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
• No prior experience required — freshers are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Willingness to learn and work in a child-focused environment.

Pay: ₹10,742.45 - ₹33,458.95 per month
