About the Role : We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join the Chemon Group. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally and Excel, experience in day-to-day accounting, and the ability to manage financial data flow across multiple entities. Prior experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be an added advantage. The role will be based out of vasant kunj office however it will require compute and travel to other offices and includes overseeing the work of all companies under the chemon group. Job Description / Responsibilities: Prepare and compile financial data for the Chemon Head of Finance and CAARA. Head of Finance- will be working across all our group companies. Coordinate with the external CA's to ensure accurate and timely submission of data for ongoing tax cases and compliance requirements. Maintain a tracker for dates to ensure all information is being processed timely by us and CA. Act as the primary point of contact between Chemon/CAARA finance teams and the external CA firm. The primary role is to handle all data collection and analysis for our tax cases and to work as the main point of contact with our CA. However time permitting you may also handle day-to-day accounting operations for Chemon Group including: o Recording and reconciling all financial transactions. o Managing accounts payable/receivable and vendor reconciliations o Bank reconciliation and expense tracking. o Payroll processing support. o Maintain and update records on Tally with a high level of accuracy. o Ensure all accounting processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. o Provide support in audits, financial reporting, and statutory filings. Educational Qualifications and Work Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a CA firm or corporate environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and Tally ERP. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills for coordination with finance teams and external stakeholders. Bonus Points / Preferred Experience Prior experience working in or with a CA firm. Familiarity with Indian taxation, GST, and compliance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
