Admin officer / Front Desk Executive

Just Engineering is a leading automation and IT training provider company having its state-of the-art training centre which is centrally located at JM Road, Deccan, Pune and at Chinchwad.

We are currently looking for Admin / Front Desk Executive having excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi with a pleasant personality for our JM Road , Pune and Chinchwad Branches.

. The following skills will be required to be successful in this role:

Job Description:

• Handles walk Ins enquiries, answers phone calls, schedules meetings and email messages promptly and notifies staff members of important information
• Strong Communication skills are required to handle day to day communication with Students as well as with working professionals regarding batch schedule, payment follow up , Placement activities, absentism etc.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
• We are looking for Task-oriented individuals who work to get the job done and have the curiosity to continuously learn on the job.
• Tele calling on college database as and when required and taking their follow up to visit the centre.
• Take care of office premises, It should be kept neat,clean and tidy. Calling for repairs and maintenance. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Also includes Copy, digitise and filing of office documents
• Coordinate with Admin and Marketing team time to time and assist in day to day work.
• Qualification :
• Fresher / Undergraduate / Graduate from BA / B.Com/ B.sc.
• Post graduation is not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
