Job Description:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors, and arrange snacks/beverages for meetings and events.
• Maintain pantry cleanliness and ensure availability of all pantry items like tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cups, and utensils.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of office premises including workstations, reception, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Set up and reset meeting rooms before and after discussions, ensuring hygiene and proper arrangement.
• Manage waste disposal, refill drinking water, and monitor housekeeping supplies for timely replenishment.
• Assist admin team with basic tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, courier handling, and documentation.
• Monitor and report stock levels of office supplies and support in arranging or shifting office materials/furniture.
• Run office-related errands including bank work, courier drop-off/pick-up, petty purchases, and vendor coordination as required.
