Job Title: Junior Quality Engineer

Educational Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical or related field

Job Description:

• Handle customer end interactions related to quality concerns.
• Provide immediate response to customer line quality issues.
• Support customers in resolving quality related problems at their end.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
