Admin Incharge (Army/Defence Background )

We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Admin Incharge (preferably from an Army/Defence background) to oversee administration, security, labour compliance, and facility management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, crisis management, and vendor coordination skills to ensure smooth operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall administration, including staff, labour, security, and housekeeping.

• Ensure proper security protocols and discipline across the premises.

• Oversee vendor management (housekeeping, security, canteen contractors, etc.).

• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of support staff.

• Handle labour compliance, statutory regulations, and government liaison.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management.

• Resolve staff/labour misconduct and address crisis situations effectively.

• Maintain coordination with government authorities, police, and other agencies when required.

Requirements

• Army/Defence background preferred (retired officers/NCOs encouraged to apply).

• Proven experience in administrative management in civil/industrial/corporate environments.

• Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, and vendor handling.

• Excellent leadership, discipline, and crisis management skills.

• Ability to manage large teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Good communication and reporting abilities.
