Job Description

Job Opening: Admin and Front Office Executive
Location: Chattarpur, South Delhi
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹12000 – ₹18000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and handle front desk calls
  • Manage office supplies, cleanliness, and facility needs
  • Support HR and admin documentation (scanning, printing, filing)
  • Handle petty cash, bills, and vendor coordination
  • Manage travel and hotel bookings and event coordination
  • Maintain asset records and ensure equipment functionality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admin or front desk role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
  • Well-organized and proactive
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per year
