Job Description

Job Title: Admin & Front Office Executive

Location: Epistemo Vikas Leadership School, Aparna Cyber Life, Plot B4, Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Purpose

The Admin & Front Office Executive will manage front office operations, provide administrative support, assist with admissions, and ensure smooth coordination of school activities. The role also acts as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Provide accurate information regarding school, curriculum, and facilities.

Administration

  • Support in day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Maintain student and staff records in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate with facilities, housekeeping, and transport teams.

Admissions Support

  • Handle admission-related inquiries from parents.
  • Conduct school tours and provide curriculum/facility details.
  • Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and parent interactions.
  • Guide parents through the admission process (forms, documents, fee payment).
  • Maintain updated admission records and ensure timely follow-up.

School Event & Activity Support

  • Be available during all school events and activities (may include weekends/Sundays).
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating school functions.
  • Support staff and parents during events to ensure smooth flow.

Dispersal & Student Safety

  • Assist with student dispersal duty daily to ensure safe and orderly exit.
  • Coordinate with transport team, teachers, and security staff.

Communication & Coordination

  • Draft and circulate notices, circulars, and communication to parents/staff.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between parents, teachers, and management.
  • Address parent queries and escalate issues where required.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Administration/Management/Education background preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in administration/front office (school experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Professional appearance, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Employment Type

  • Full-time
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Availability required for school events/activities, including occasional Sundays.
