Job Description

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, coordinating office activities, and supporting the team for smooth functioning. The role also includes handling reception duties when required.

  • Maintain and manage daily, weekly, and monthly branch expenses.
  • Handle petty cash, maintain cash books, and reconcile balances.
  • Verify all bills, receipts, and vouchers before submitting to the accounts department.
  • Track vendor payments and coordinate with accounts for timely settlements.
  • Prepare and share branch expense reports with management.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits.
  • Monitor and control unnecessary expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
