Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Age Limit – 20 to 40

Gender – Only male

Salary – 18,000 to 25,000

Qualification : 10th/ 12th/ ITI / Diploma or any degree.

Job description

• Oversee branch maintenance, housekeeping, and security management
• Handle electrical and plumbing works across branches
• Vendor management, negotiation, and timely payment follow-ups
• Conduct weekly and monthly assets audits
• Monitor and maintain test ride vehicles in all branches
• Implement and ensure theft & fraud prevention measures
• Verify and maintain all network and Wi-Fi connections
• Ensure CCTV cameras are operational and recording properly
• Manage branch opening and closing procedure

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of vendor handling, audits, and compliance
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple branches and coordinate effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic.
