Job Title: Admin Executive (Female)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Admin Executive who can independently manage complete office backend operations and support multiple departments efficiently. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration and backend coordination, preferably in the agro commodities or trading sector. be fluent in at least three languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil), and preferably.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full back-office operations, including file management, documentation, and internal coordination. Ensure smooth functioning of the office, including managing supplies, workstation needs, and vendor coordination.Support procurement, dispatch, and inventory records maintenance.Prepare internal reports, maintain registers, and handle correspondence. Assist in follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and service providers.Coordinate with accounts, HR, and management for daily office requirements. Ensure all administrative activities are carried out professionally and on time.

Candidate Requirements:

Female candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in admin or office executive role. Strong experience in backend support and full office administration.Preferred experience in Agro Commodities, Trading, or FMCG industries.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Emailing, Filing). Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle office responsibilities independently.
