About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and experienced Sales & Procurement Manager to lead our operations across Kerala and India. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in maize, malt, and raisin trading, and proven skills in sales strategy, procurement planning, quality control, and trade marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Growth

· Develop and implement dynamic sales strategies to boost revenue and market penetration.

· Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition across key regions.

Procurement & Vendor Management

· Lead end-to-end procurement for maize, malt, raisin, ensuring cost-efficiency and product quality.

· Build and maintain a reliable network of suppliers, farmers, and vendors across India.

Trade Marketing & Channel Development

· Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns to drive demand and enhance brand presence.

· Collaborate with distribution channels for in-market activation and visibility.

Negotiation & Pricing Control

· Negotiate favourable contracts, pricing, and terms with both suppliers and buyers.

· Stay updated on market trends to make data-driven decisions.

Quality Assurance

· Ensure product quality standards are consistently met through inspection, testing, and compliance protocols.

· Coordinate with logistics and warehousing to manage inventory flow smoothly.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 10years of experience in agro commodity trading, procurement, or sales. Strong command over market knowledge of maize, malt, rice and related products.Excellent negotiation, communication, and trade marketing skills.Willingness to travel PAN India for business development and supplier engagement.
