Job Description

Job Profile - To properly monitor and keep track of all the stationery items and store collaterals. Manage purchase, issue items as needed and inventory - Efficiently handling the necessary repairs maintenance of ACs, all electrical equipment’s and coordinating with the respective vendors - Maintain and ensure proper upkeep of showroom by effectively monitoring the housekeeping agents – mirror cleaning, moping , bathroom cleaning, ordering and maintaining housekeeping materials. Maintaining register for daily /weekly activities of housekeeping services - Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and ensure data storage is managed effectively - Vendor Database – Maintain updated contact details of stores administration related contact details Provide support for client order delivery Warehouse Operations – a) Image Uploads in software for the stock b) Maintain Warehouse Note Book Entries - Stock/Invoices/Alterations/Fabrics Entry c) Maintain inward register for all stocks & all items ( stationery, consumables, Evo caf stocks, d) Supporting the warehouse team for other office support. Skill Sets : Good working knowledge in both POS software and Microsoft excel
