Admin & Creative Services Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and versatile professional who can manage both front office responsibilities and multimedia/technical tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and creativity in handling media-related assignments such as video editing and content support. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while also contributing to the company’s creative and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff; manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, manage visitor records, and ensure smooth front-office operations.
• Handle administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Create, edit, and manage video content for internal and external communication.
• Support multimedia tasks such as photo editing, presentations, and digital assets.
• Coordinate with departments to provide creative and technical support when required.
• Manage office supplies and ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
• Assist with event coordination, branding, and social media content when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Anna Nagar East, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
