Job Description At JobsForHer, the Volunteer will assist the admin executive and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of all the administrative activities in the office and will be part of the HR team. Roles and Responsibilities End to end administrative task. Maintaining employees assets and coordination Communicating with different vendors for office requirements Make travel arrangements such as flight, train, bus bookings, hotel and cab for the employees Manage office stationery supply stock and place orders Coordinating with the housekeeping staff and ensuring the office hygiene is maintained Required Skills Good in Ms Office Good communication skills in English(must),Hindi & Kannada are preferred. Should be proactive in taking actions and adaptable Support in maintaining employee files and records. Taking care of infrastructure like internet, power, parking and water issues if any. Taking care of inward & outward courier Handling employees IT /computer servicing- repair through vendor Job Types: Internship, Volunteer Contract length: 3 months Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
