Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Organize communication via emails and phone calls.
  • Provide customer service as the first point of contact.
  • Assist employees with their administrative queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly sales reports.
  • Manage stock in and out using Tally and physical records.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks that arise in the workplace.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years
  • Education: Any bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of store management will be an added advantage

Salary

  • Negotiable based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
