Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. The candidate should have completed 12th standard or a Diploma and possess good organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters
  • Support HR/Accounts/Operations teams with administrative tasks.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Vendor management – liaise with service providers, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
  • Provide general support to staff and management.

Requirements:

  • Completed 12th standard or Diploma.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Freshers can apply.
