Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Preference: Male Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage overall facility operations, including housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance activities.
2. Maintain office infrastructure, ensuring timely repairs and upkeep.
3. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests.
4. Manage attendance marking, leave records, and ensure timely submission of data for payroll processing.
5. Plan and coordinate office celebrations, events, and employee engagement activities (festivals, birthdays, team events, etc.).
6. Act as a point of contact between management and employees for admin queries.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar Administration role.
2. Gender: Male (Preferred).
3. Proficient in MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
