Kahan Controls is actively hiring a Admin Assistant to join our team in Chennai.

Job Description:

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers via telephone and email
Maintain regular follow-ups on pending offers and expected orders
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales, marketing, and deliveries.
Handle general administrative tasks

Desired Profile:

Education: B.A / B.Com
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Local female candidates from Chennai only will be considered
Note: Male candidates are not eligible for this role
