Job Description:
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support the New Product Development (NPD) team. The role involves handling administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution of daily activities and project workflows within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to new product projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication between internal departments.
  • Support data entry, filing, and document control activities.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and project trackers.
  • Handle purchase requests, follow-ups, and vendor coordination as required.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably with admin or office management experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or support functions.
  • Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,722.48 per month
