Job Title: Receptionist cum Office Administrator Company: MyFroyoLand Location: Speciality Business Center Balewadi Pune Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Job Summary: MyFroyoland is seeking a smart, organized, and multi-tasking Receptionist cum Office Administrator who will be responsible for handling front desk operations, supporting office administration, assisting in day-to-day expense tracking and reporting, and coordinating with franchise partners and the operations team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel , possess basic accounting knowledge, and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Office Administration Handle reception duties: calls, visitors, and front office coordination. Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage vendor interactions. Coordinate courier dispatch, travel bookings, and general office upkeep. Reports, Data Sheets & Excel Work Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel. Maintain and monitor data sheets related to operations, performance, and expenses. Use Excel tools like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, formatting , and basic formulas. Consolidate and share reports with management and franchisees as required. Expense & Accounting Support Track and record daily office and operational expenses . Maintain petty cash records , verify bills, and prepare expense claims. Support the accounts team with basic data entry, invoice checking , and filing. Ensure all expenses are backed with proper documentation and approvals. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with franchise partners to collect sales and expense reports. Serve as the communication bridge between operations, accounts, and franchise units. Share regular updates, forms, reports, and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
