Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Admin and HR professional located in Hyderabad, with some work from home permissible. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, performing HR duties, and supporting finance-related tasks. The Admin and HR professional will also be involved in maintaining office systems and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Excellent Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
Capacity to manage HR responsibilities effectively
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
