Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin and Collection Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure timely fee collection from students. This role is essential in supporting smooth institute operations and maintaining financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities & Administrative Duties:

• Manage office and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain student records and ensure timely data entry in the system.
• Manage Petty Cash in Office
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and student inquiries.
• Manage inventory of office and training supplies.

Collection Duties:

• Follow up with students/parents for pending and upcoming fee payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding balances.
• Generate and share fee reminders, receipts, and statements.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to institute policies regarding fees and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
