Job Description: You will be working as a Senior Tech Sales Associate at Adeeba e-Services, a leading International BPO specializing in Inbound tech and website processes. Your primary responsibility will involve handling inbound calls from customers with computer issues. You will need to diagnose the problems effectively and recommend appropriate technical support plans along with relevant software solutions to the customers. As a Senior Tech Sales Associate, you will be required to engage with customers professionally, understand their concerns, and provide them with suitable solutions to address their technical issues. Your role will also involve selling technical support plans while ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the company's services.
