Ad Sales Manager (PR Agency Background)

You are looking for a dynamic PR Professional with over 3 years of experience and a strong sales focus to join our team. This role requires a combination of public relations expertise and sales acumen to enhance brand visibility, engage with key stakeholders, and create business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with agencies, direct clients, and partners for Sponsored/Paid PR, identifying and pitching sales opportunities through PR initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing and sales materials, monitoring media coverage and industry trends for new business opportunities, and tracking and reporting on PR campaign performance and sales conversions. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in PR, media relations, or sales-related roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as experience in leveraging PR strategies to drive business growth. Understanding of digital PR, social media, and content marketing is a plus. You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in B2B/B2C sales through PR initiatives, existing media connections, and a strong PR Agency network.
