Job Description

Role Summary

As a Application Developer (Delivery Excellence), you will design, build, and configure applications to meet critical business and application requirements. This role demands subject matter expertise (SME) in Delivery Methods (DM), leadership in technical decision-making, and active engagement with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving delivery excellence, optimizing application performance, and guiding teams through complex development challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the SME for application development processes using DM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Provide solutions to complex technical and delivery challenges impacting multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to build organizational capabilities.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to delivery excellence standards.
Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous performance optimization.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of the application development lifecycle.
Proficiency with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Ability to lead and mentor teams, make critical technical decisions, and engage stakeholders effectively.
Exposure to multiple programming languages and frameworks.
Experience in enterprise-scale solution architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud-native application development.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 18 years of professional experience in application development.
Minimum 12 years of experience with Delivery Methods (DM).
15 years of full-time education.
