Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and translate findings into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes. Design intuitive and visually appealing UI layouts for web and/or mobile applications. Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Iterate on designs based on usability testing and project members/ decision makers feedback. Development (UI): Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, performant, and accessible web interfaces.
