Position Overview We are looking for a Trainer for ERPNext who has a strong foundation in Python and Django . While prior ERPNext experience is not mandatory , the ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in learning ERPNext development and functionality and be able to train interns and clients in ERPNext after onboarding. You will work closely with the ERPNext technical team to deliver structured training, empowering the next generation of ERP professionals. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive ERPNext training sessions to interns and clients, covering core modules, customization, and development workflows. Learn ERPNext functionality, customization, and development concepts through internal training, documentation, and hands-on practice. Develop training materials, guides, coding exercises, and practical case studies based on ERPNext. Conduct live workshops, hands-on labs, and practical sessions for effective learning. Support trainees with queries, coding challenges, and functional understanding of ERPNext. Collaborate with ERPNext developers to align training content with current projects and industry requirements. Continuously enhance your own knowledge of ERPNext and stay updated with the latest features and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong experience in Python and Django (minimum 2 years of hands-on development). Willingness to learn ERPNext development and business processes quickly and effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging learning experiences. Familiarity with web development concepts, REST APIs, and databases.
