Activity & Spa Coordinator – Canary Islands Resort & Spa

About the Role ( Female Candidate only )
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Activity & Spa Coordinator to support our wellness team. You will help create engaging guest activities, manage spa bookings, and ensure an exceptional overall experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide information on spa services and activities
• Manage spa reception: bookings, check-ins, payments, and daily reports
• Organize and assist with weekly activity programs (fitness, wellness, family activities)
• Lead or support activities such as stretching, aqua fitness, or guided walks
• Promote spa treatments and activities to increase guest participation
• Maintain activity areas and spa standards
• Support communication (schedules, boards, digital updates)

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or recreation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• English + Spanish required; German/French a plus
• Confident leading small groups and speaking with guests
• Positive, proactive, and organized
• Flexible with schedules (weekends/holidays)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
