You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, ensuring their desktop systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues related to networked devices.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
• Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
• Educate users on best practices for system usage and security.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
