Active Directory and SCCM Engineer

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing Service Delivery for Infrastructure Applications such as Active Directory, SCCM, ADFS, IAM, PIM, etc. to ensure service availability 24*7*365 within defined SLAs. You will evaluate, recommend, design, and support the implementation of technological solutions to enhance services, solve problems, improve performance, increase capacity, and introduce new features to align with business requirements in the infrastructure application domain. Your role will involve implementing, monitoring, maintaining, and improving application infrastructure to maximize availability for messaging services within agreed SLAs. You will manage and operate Active Directory Services, SCCM services, ADFS, IAM, and any related technologies within desired SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the service desk - Handle incidents, problems, and changes for infrastructure applications - Implement change and configuration management processes - Establish a robust monitoring mechanism for proactive alerts and exceptions - Analyze performance metrics and generate MIS reports on service performance - Define and maintain comprehensive asset management and related documentation - Perform lifecycle management activities Requirements: - Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AD and SCCM - Education: Diploma or Degree from any discipline - Joining Period: Less than 50 days Join us to contribute to the seamless operation and enhancement of critical infrastructure applications to support the business needs effectively.,
