Activation & Operation Executive - WFH

Northstar Growth Advisors offers you an opportunity to join as an Activation and Operations Executive to support our process. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and proficiency in Excel.

Location: Work from Home (Remote)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily activations and operations for the process
• Prepare daily reports accurately and on time
• Manage voucher distribution and track their usage
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless process flow

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work efficiently during fixed shifts
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: HSC or Graduate
• Must be currently based in Mumbai
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
• Laptop/Desktop (Mandatory)
