Role Overview: As an Associate Client Services Manager at NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited, your role involves assisting the Senior Client Service Manager in the day-to-day management of contracted services for specific customer accounts. You will work collaboratively across the organization to ensure services are delivered within contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or performance targets. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting in the transition of a major client into BAU Service Operation - Ensuring end-to-end services provided to customers are functioning and meet contracted service levels and quality standards - Developing customer and third-party relationships to maximize customer satisfaction - Assisting in producing monthly reports such as the Service Performance Report and Service Credit calculations - Documenting, monitoring, measuring, and improving services delivered to customers through Service Improvement Plans - Handling escalations for service teams and ensuring correct outcomes are achieved - Providing excellent communication to customers, third parties, and internal service teams - Ensuring adherence to corporate policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines - Deputizing for the Senior CSM when required Qualification Required: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Excellent English vocabulary in speaking and writing - Experience with bespoke software applications and working in a structured, process-driven environment - ITIL V3 Foundation certification (minimum) - Advanced Microsoft Office skills and exposure to Microsoft Power BI - Experience in developing and delivering Service Improvement Plans - Knowledge of Mission Critical applications and Client Services Management background - Familiarity with technologies used to deliver services and public sector knowledge, specifically around UK Police Forces Additional Details: NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited is a leading provider of end-to-end IT services with over 30 years of experience.
