Job Summary:

The Platforms EPIC Data - Delivery Senior Analyst will play a key role in delivering high-quality data solutions across enterprise data platforms. The role involves managing data delivery pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring data governance, and enabling business insights through advanced data operations and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of data solutions on the EPIC Data Platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and integration from various sources (structured and unstructured).

Manage data delivery timelines, ensuring adherence to project milestones and SLAs.Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation efforts across different systems.Collaborate with the data governance team to maintain data quality, lineage, and metadata management.Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within data operations.

Provide technical documentation, reports, and dashboards for delivery tracking and performance metrics.Troubleshoot issues in data pipelines and coordinate resolution with platform engineering teams.
